Website Fun
Okay, so it's not like im trying to create a new wikipedia or anything- I just like to retain the information of where I got stories and icons, and keep those links for future referance.
So why I decided not to for the fanfiction on my webiste really pisses me off- I can't let this just go unchecked, which means that my website (usually much fun to be had) just became like... work.
Egh. Damn it.

Daily Post
Okay so... i've slept for the first tim (for more then 2 hours per every 24) in four days. Going without sleep at all is easy- becasue its like, whateve, im just tired. Getting to sleep for 2 hours then having to wake up again is freakin hell on earth.
My longest full stretch with no sleep is 86 hours. I was seeing things, and had this weird issue about fruit flies- and catching them out of mid air, by the end of it. Which I managed, by the way. An orange juice spill under my fridge managed to get quite a collection of the little buggers- each of which i managed to catch and kill while high on exhaustian.
So yeah, not being able to sleep at all is easy for me, in a way. but trying to go back and forth is an issue.
Which inevitably leads me to rambling, you see...

SGA S05E04 "The Deadalus Variations" 3/5 stars
okay... so I just finished watching Stargate Atlantis S05E04- "The Deadalus Variations"... and yeah, it was okay. Admittidly it may be the fact that I'm just so looking forward to next weeks episode of SGA (okay, has anyone *seen* the preview? I'm going to cry, I just know it!) but this week just didn't do it for me. Kind of like last week.
The episode itself was a good concept, but slow. There wasn't any real character interaction, very little in the way of character development (Teyla getting a bit more into the schematics is pretty cool) and it
s even a little... silly when it shouldn't be.
Why would four people die all together, in a single corner, looking generally as though nothing in the world had actually happened to them? I mean, McKay at least should have shown some very obvious signs of having gone through hunger stress. Hypoglacemia anyone? But no... they looked like they all just gave up on day, which obviously wouldn't happen.
And the bad guys... anyone else think they looked like the writers had decided to just throw in a Borg out of lack of imagination? I mean, without the cool tech though? *shrug*
The end was cute, I liked Shep's and Sheppard's interaction, as well as the continued interest in an obviously failed project that Rodney has.
One other sidenote: Rodney & baby... wow, uncomfortable much? lol. Funny, but very stressed.
Oh, and that bit about Ronon just mashing on the control keyboard. ...I did that once on my computer, but I was high on some medication and not thinking clearly. lol. Then again, Ronon has been through a lot lately.
...I wonder if Rodney ever actually brought up his drug thing from a few seasons ago to the others, or if it just ended up an unspoken thing in the reports- which Ronon would have never read.
...There's a plot possibility in that.
Anyway, peace out.

Thing is, I never update my livejournal. Literally, I just checked, and last time was in 2007. So maybe my fans (the whole 2 imaginary ones) that come and visit only actually see something new and shiny every 6 months or so.
Sucks to be them.
Anyway, I decided to bring over my only really worthwhile thing as far as creations go- images. I started making these little icons for phrases from Stargate back while I was still into creating images. I sucked at it, so now I collect them for my webiste (go visit, its updated every day!) but don't actually create. And likewise go to my YouTube bit; I actually created this awesome help video on how to make your damned fucking annoying... damned, damned, damned fucking annoying Vista work with dual monitors. Some ppl can do it, some can't- but it turns out I had a rather unique problem, far as I can tell- and maybe other ppl just don't realize they have it too.
